Doctors in Amsterdam said Rudolf de Vries might not play anymore this year. The Tritons starting pitcher suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow during a game against the Eindhoven Elephants and will be out for at least 9 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season.
