So far in his young career, Arran Burns has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Dutch Developmental League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts.

The 20-year-old The Hague Turtles first baseman hit at a torrid .588 clip as he collected 10 hits in 17 at-bats, 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and 5 runs scored.
