Holzknecht Hits Two Dingers, Unicorns Win, 8-3
Guenther Holzknecht was a major factor in the 8-3 St. Gallen win over Thessaloniki. The Unicorns first baseman was 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The Unicorns raised their record to 2-0.

Early in the game, Holzknecht had a 2-run home run for St. Gallen. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Unicorns on top, 2-0.

"You've got to ride the highs and the lows in baseball in order to succeed," Holzknecht told the St. Gallen Today. "Right now I'm feeling good, but that don't mean squat for tomorrow."
